Return and warranty policy from Sheell.ae
The Sheell website allows you to return products within fifteen (15) days of receiving the shipment if the product is returnable. Non-returnable products cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product will not be accepted as a returned product unless the customer is notified of accepting the return of the product
It may take up to a week for the product to reach us when it is returned, depending on your location. Once your product arrives at our storage and packing center, allow two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After your return is processed, it may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for your refund to be credited to your credit card or wallet account.
Your shell site in case of cash payment. The value of the refund depends on the condition of the returned product
All electronic and electrical products sold on Sheell.ae come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Returnable products are accepted only according to the following conditions
Electronic devices and mobile phones
If the product has been used, the original packaging of the product has been opened, or the original protective cover has been removed, we will reject your refund request and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet and all accessories must be returned other product.
Beauty and health
Returns of hair and personal care products, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and nutritional and sports products are not permitted
Beauty products (cosmetics, skin care, etc.), perfumes, and sanitary products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Fashion
Items of clothing such as undergarments, underwear, bathing suits, bras, socks and tights are not permitted for return
Clothing products are allowed to be returned provided that they have not been used, worn, washed or damaged, and provided that all labels and tags are in completely intact condition and in their original packaging.
Shoes, eyeglasses, watches, bags and luggage must be returned in their original packaging and must contain all tags in completely intact condition.
Home and kitchen
Large furniture and household appliances are not allowed to be returned
Home decor products can only be returned if they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Opened bed linen products are not accepted for return
Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective
Sports and outdoor products
Returnable products can only be returned if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging

Costumes are not open for returns
Toys and games used, activated or missing some parts will not be accepted for return
Baby products
No returns are permitted for hygiene-related products, feeding and training accessories, diapers and accessories, bathing products and medical treatment products.
Returnable infant products must be returned in the original, sealed, unopened packaging

All grocery products are non-returnable

The product must be returned in its original, sealed, unopened packaging

* In the event of returning any of the above-mentioned categories to which the return conditions apply, a return fee of 20 AED will be imposed on the customer (shopper) in exchange for the return service he wishes to perform.
