If a product is returned for repair, and after the repair is completed we attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to arrange delivery, but fail to establish communication, sheell.ae will hold the item for a maximum of 120 days. After this period, sheell.ae will not be responsible for storing, loss, or misplacement of the product, and the customer will forfeit any right to claim compensation, replacement, or damages.
